Head of Household Liability
This warranty covers the financial consequences of civil liability incurred by the head of household, under sections 1383 to 1386 of the Civil Code, because of injury, material and immaterial damage, caused to third parties in the course of his personal life :
- Through his/her own fault
- The doing of other people he interacts with (children, spouse, employees at home)
- The doing of domestic animals
- The doing of his personal property
