Capacity building and optimisation workshop for agency managers.
Following the appointment and installation of some employees to new responsibilities within the company, the Development Department organised a seminar to reinforce the competence of its sales force.
The seminar was held on Thursday 30th September 2021 in one of the exquisite halls of Hotel La Falaise Akwa, in the heart of Douala. It brought together heads of agencies from all over the country, under the theme: Capacity building and optimisation workshop for agency managers.
The workshop was geared towards helping participants to optimize work time and increase performance in terms of service quality, efficiency and productivity.
During the event, Mr Babacar Gueye, Deputy General Manager and main facilitator of the workshop, congratulated the newly promoted staff. He also reminded them of the expectations of Top Management, while encouraging them to continously work with commitment and passion for customer satisfaction.
