On May 25, 2021, in the conference room of the Cameroon Business Council GICAM, ZENITHE Insurance shared its digital insurance strategy with other insurers, the press and small FINTECH companies.
Following what Mr. BABACAR GUEYE, Deputy General Manager, called an 08-step inbound marketing strategy, this procedure served the company in acquiring its customers through digital methods. This is obviously a major innovation in the insurance industry in Cameroon and in the entire CIMA zone.
The Digital Meet Up is an initiative of the Digital Economy Commission of the Cameroon Business Council GICAM. Its mission is to promote the digital economy, to help and inform organizations to better integrate information and communication technologies, ICT.
Under the theme "e-insurance, untapped opportunities" the fourth edition of the Digital Meet Up witnessed the participation of carefully selected panelists, in order to emphasize the digitalization of business processes, the improvement of the quality of services and the relationship with the insured.
The presence of insurers, the sector's regulatory authorities, professional organizations as well as policyholders contributed to an exceptionally interesting debate.
