Advice to our customers who subscribed travel insurance following the coronavirus epidemic
The outbreak of Coronavirus is a rapidly developing situation and we would strongly advise anyone travelling to look at the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization which is updated on a regular basis on https://www.who.int/emergencies/diseases/novel-coronavirus-2019/technical-guidance/infection-prevention-and-control.
Also, for a list of countries currently affected and information on advice about the implications for those who have returned from those areas.
As of now till further notice, ZENITHE Insurance is currently advising against all travel plans to affected or potential affected areas, and to strictly follow the orientations given by the government.
For our customers who had purchased travel insurance before the published advice against travelling, we advise that you suspend and carry travel plans ahead till when the situation worldwide seems to have improved. You have the possibility to annul or suspend your travel insurance through our website or social media platforms.
